Job description

Position Overview:

The Supplier Performance Program Manager is a data-centric role focused on data transformation, analytics, and reporting in the areas of sourcing and supplier performance management. As part of the Supply Chain & Logistics organization, this individual is expected to drive adherence to supplier performance reporting standards, ensure the quality and integrity of data inputs and outputs, and develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions. This role will work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment and corporate leaders, and IT in the development and support of supplier performance, sourcing, and logistics metrics and key performance indicators.

This is an on-site hybrid role based out of Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance data pipelines, transformations, and reports for Regal Rexnord's Supplier Performance Management System in Snowflake and Domo.
  • Develop new data, analytics, and reporting solutions to improve sourcing performance and expense management.
  • Frequent and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding business results, process adherence, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and communicate trends or changes in data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines to successfully deploy new analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, assess business requirements, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in data & analytics and supply chain technologies to inform and support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to Regal Rexnord's enterprise-wide sourcing and supply chain transformation initiatives, supporting an annual spend of ~$3.2B through data-driven insights and process optimization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and performance.
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support Supply Chain and Logistics strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or STEM field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Sourcing, or Supply Chain role
  • Understanding of programming concepts and languages (SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Java, C+, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Domo, or similar analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Program or project management experience
  • Ability to develop and translate business and technical requirements
  • Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with broad base of business requirements
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Compensation Details:
$82,000 - $125,000

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation forall statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors,including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
