Program Manager, Performance & Analytics - JLL

What this job involves - The Program Manager, Performance & Analytics serves as a strategic leader responsible for performance management, business intelligence, process optimization, and client relationship management. This role combines expertise in data analytics, KPI reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to ensure excellence in service delivery and alignment with client business objectives. The Program Manager is critical to driving consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the account.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business intelligence strategies that translate client objectives into actionable KPI reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations for all account sites and service lines.

  • Analyze performance metrics and variances to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and deliver executive-level reporting that demonstrates value and drives operational improvements.

  • Oversee account technology platforms (SAP, CMMS systems) and collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, system integration, and seamless migrations during upgrades.

  • Design and build comprehensive reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar tools to provide stakeholders with actionable intelligence.

  • Establish "Trusted Advisor" relationships with clients as a subject matter expert, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication, responsive problem-solving, and strategic partnership.

  • Partner with client governance structures in a collaborative approach to performance management, supporting forward-thinking strategies and best practice implementation.

  • Collaborate with governance teams and data stewards to establish quality standards, monitoring procedures, and resolve critical data issues through root cause analysis.

  • Drive process adherence and compliance while demonstrating agility to meet dynamic business needs, coordinating work between internal and external groups to streamline operations.

  • Support development of the shared service model, ensuring consistency with vertical-wide initiatives while accommodating account-specific requirements.

  • Foster team development through knowledge sharing, relationship building, and promotion of industry best practices in business intelligence and data management fields.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems from an accredited university

  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience in performance management, business intelligence, process improvement, or facility management

  • Experience with maintenance planning, supervising engineer

  • Proven track record in technology leadership with clients, preferably with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Corrigo

  • Experience in commercial (corporate) real estate, transaction management, project management, or facility management

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, adapt, plan, schedule, and implement effectively

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients

  • Basic understanding of facility management trades, common repairs, parts, and services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in CMMS administration, program coordination, or similar roles

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies

Location: Remote + Ability to travel to account sites as needed (typically less than 20%).Primary office location can be anywhere in the continental U.S., subject to approval by the Account Executive.

Estimated compensation for this position:

130,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
