Program Manager embedded in federal agency with at least four years of direct management experience.
  • Organize program in accordance with the mission of the agency.
  • Support the strategic direction of the agency.
  • Oversee and follow operating plan for the program
  • Evaluate program and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage a diverse team with a diversity of talents
  • Implement and manage change to ensure goals are achieved
  • Meet and communicate with key agency stakeholders
  • Analyze program risks
  • Perform other functions related to position

Qualifications
  • At least 4 years direct business leadership experience in professional services support.
  • Five years of contract lifecycle experience
  • Experience negotiating contract Terms & Conditions
  • Knowledge of Agile or Lean acquisition principles
  • PMP Certified
  • FAC-C, DAWIA Level III
  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree Preferred
