Job description

Analytics Program Management drives data initiatives to successful delivery. Using clear communication and cross-functional collaboration, Analytics Program Management understands Meta's data landscape and builds connections across disparate team members including engineering, data science, and business XFNs to deliver key measurement and insights globally. We drive efficiency, instill process, cultivate relationships, increase knowledge sharing, and facilitate meaningful external collaborations and partnerships. In this role, you will execute project-specific and org-wide programs as well as build & utilize processes to build capacity and efficiently support growing data needs. The ideal candidate will understand the role of data in product. The person in this role must have excellent execution and follow through skills, the ability to prioritize competing workstreams based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs, and be highly detail-oriented and self-driven. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, extremely comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, connects resources and overcomes barriers. This person will also work with external professional services, data tool vendors, central product teams, and various apps within Meta, and is responsible for providing program updates at multiple levels including to executive management. Move to MINIMUM_QUALIFICATION or PREFERRED_QUALIFICATIONS. Success in the role is leading complex programs, developing successful partnerships, delivery against aligned commitments, being recognized as a leader within multiple orgs including multiple product and functional organizations across Meta, and others, and enacting operating rhythm leading to needs and resource alignment.
Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering, Data Science, PM, TPM, and Senior Leadership to operationalize team goals, maintain accurate priorities, and hold self and teams accountable for execution
• Establish, build on, clarify and represent program scope; deliver strong communication to drive transparency; establish trust and advocate to unblock teams
• Own execution of large, complex projects from initiating program to operational maintenance; Own proactive reporting across multiple levels including with execs
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple product areas and organizations at Meta-wide scale; research new ideas, maintain subject matter expertise, and stay abreast of technological developments
• Manage vendor and data partner relationships externally; align budgets
Minimum Qualifications
• 12+ years of experience in a project/program management role with proven people influencing experience, including with virtual and global teams, and proven organizational skills
• Experience in multi-tasking continuously and operating autonomously across multiple teams in a highly flexible, large-scale environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical planning experience, including experience delivering results in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios
• Demonstrated competency with cross-group collaboration, including proven interpersonal skills, relationship building, stakeholder management, and collaboration with a cross-functional, global team
• Proven presentation, and communication experience with key stakeholders including experience aligning priorities and expectations within teams across a very large organization
• Experience negotiating contracts; proven track record of defining and delivering against expectations
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working directly with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, finance, risk management, and leadership teams
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or marketing discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
