As a Business Analytics Manager within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Marketing & Customer Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE, Cleveland, OH or Tysons Corner, VA.
Role Overview:
PNC is seeking a leader to stand up and operationalize the Marketing Communications Data Domain for the organization. This role will be responsible for driving year-end go-live readiness by defining the data universe, establishing rules for applications and systems of records, implementing required controls, and building a sustainable governance model. The ideal candidate combines strong data governance and delivery experience with the ability to lead cross-functional work across marketing, line of business, technology, and risk partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of analysts to setup and go-live readiness for the Marketing Communications Data Domain.
Define and maintain the domain data universe, including scope, ownership, critical data elements, and supporting standards.
Establish governance rules for applications, systems of records, data usage, and related processes.
Implement and maintain required controls in partnership with Risk, Data Domain Management, and control owners.
Drive standards for metadata, documentation, issue management, and process consistency.
Partner across Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Risk to align requirements, resolve issues, and support domain adoption.
Translate business and control requirements into clear plans, milestones, and stakeholder updates.
Lead team operations supporting governance, documentation, workflow management, and execution discipline
Manage BAU/ad-hoc data pipelines and transition into the production environment within the Data Domain
Preferred Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of leadership experience, including managing cross-functional work and driving execution through others.
Experience leading governance, controls, or data operating model initiatives in a complex or highly regulated environment.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, controls, issue management, and data quality practices.
Experience working with enterprise governance processes, critical data elements, and domain-based data management concepts.
Familiarity with tools used for workflow, documentation, controls, and collaboration, such as Jira, Confluence, Archer, GitHub/Co-Pilot, Python and SharePoint.
