Summary

Drive enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities that turn insights into meaningful business impact. As a Data and Analytics Center of Excellence Manager, you will lead the deployment and adoption of the Enterprise Analytics Platform, empowering teams with the tools, insights, and capabilities needed to make smarter, data-driven decisions. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to increase analytics engagement, strengthen data-driven practices, and identify opportunities to improve organizational performance, quality, outcomes, and cost. This role is ideal for a strategic, collaborative leader who excels at connecting people, technology, and data to drive innovation, measurable results, and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is $128,000- $192,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). 

In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off. 

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Champion analytic capabilities and drive analytics maturity across Perdue.
  • Influence and support senior leadership as they set their domain's analytic direction.
  • Lead business teams to develop analytic metrics that establish a consistent, coherent approach to data throughout the organization.
  • Establish analytic usage and skills among management and employees through training and mentoring on appropriate analytics tools.
  • Increase data literacy at all levels of Perdue associates.
  • Transform the organization from an information technology-centric use of data to one that leverages data at every level to achieve value and growth.
  • Provide support for data governance and the coordination and alignment of analytics activities that support the strategic direction of the organization to improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the mission to create one source of truth at Perdue by injecting more certified, trustworthy, and structured data into the Enterprise Analytics Platform.
  • Guide the Enterprise Data Analyst Forum.
  • Lead analysis and recommend appropriate analytic, statistical, and data visualization methods, resources, and tools.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics or Business.
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical solutions to senior leadership, gain alignment, and drive progress.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with leadership to set direction on how data and analytics can enable desired business outcomes.
  • Ability to deliver innovative ideas and suggestions to contribute to the direction of Data Analytics within the organization.
  • Demonstrated strength in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing.
  • Knowledge of data platforms and functions supporting analytics.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience with statistical methods and data science.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to tell a story that provides business insight and brings value to business partners.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience applying analytics solutions within Integrated Supply Chain business functions.

 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
