Your Role: Manufacturing Associate

As a Bio Process Scientist, you will be part of the Technical Services & Manufacturing Sciences (TS/MS) team supporting vaccine manufacturing at the Fort Dodge site. In this role, you will drive process understanding, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and support technology transfer and commercialization across a diverse portfolio of animal health products.

Your Responsibilities:


Provide frontline process support by analyzing variability, improving processes, and ensuring manufacturing performance
Lead root cause investigations and own process-related deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
Support and execute technology transfers, ensuring robust and compliant implementation
Develop and maintain batch records, process documentation, and SAP-related material planning models
Design and execute experiments (DOE), analyze data, and implement improvements based on statistical findings

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent technical experience
Experience: Experience in manufacturing, process development, or regulated environments preferred
Top 2 skills: Strong analytical/problem-solving capability + ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):


Experience in biologics, vaccine, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Knowledge of cGMP environments and process control strategies
Experience with statistical tools, DOE, and data analysis
Ability to lead investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA
Familiarity with SAP or manufacturing systems and documentation practices
