What You'll Do
We're looking for an Assistant Director of Enterprise AI & Analytics Consulting to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team. In this role, you'll shape and advance a portfolio of AI and analytics opportunities that drive meaningful business outcomes across the enterprise.
You'll have the opportunity to
  • Own and maintain an enterprise-level backlog of AI and analytics opportunities across innovation, execution, and business-led initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and value priorities
  • Proactively partner with business and technical teams to identify and shape AI and analytics opportunities, turning ambiguous ideas into execution-ready use cases with clear requirements and success measures. Lead intake, prioritize against strategic value, and guide initiatives through the product lifecycle to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Establish and lead portfolio governance processes for intake, evaluation, prioritization, and lifecycle management of AI use cases
  • Build and communicate clear value cases for initiatives, including expected business impact, ROI, KPIs, and success metrics to support investment and prioritization decisions
  • Guide portfolio vision, product discovery, and roadmap development, ensuring strong integration with broader enterprise AI strategy and priorities
  • Drive end-to-end visibility into AI portfolio performance and value realization, using data to monitor progress, influence decisions, and continuously refine priorities
  • Collaborate across business, data, technology, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, aligned, and positioned to create measurable impact

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of related experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience leading or contributing to enterprise portfolios, backlogs, or innovation pipelines, ideally within AI, analytics, data, or digital-focused work
  • Ability to lead and translate complex or ambiguous business problems into well-defined, execution-ready opportunities
  • Experience developing business cases, defining KPIs, and measuring value realization for data, analytics, or AI initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear recommendations
  • Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and functions, influencing priorities and decisions at different levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a clear story with data and ideas
  • Curious, adaptable, strategic thinker, and have a continuous improvement approach

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$130000 - $170000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
