This group works closely across business, product, technology, QA, and operations to ensure system reliability, process accuracy, and smooth execution of product and platform changes. Whatโ€™s In Store For You:

This is a full-time opportunity based in Durham, NC with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days onsite per week. The role offers visibility across business and technology teams, exposure to mission-critical insurance platforms, and the opportunity to deepen expertise in policy administration systems within a growing, modern insurance environment.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Support and analyze policy administration systems tied to life insurance, annuity, and related insurance operations.
  • Investigate system issues, reproduce problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Connect business requirements to system functionality, workflows, data flows, and policy admin processes.
  • Partner with developers, QA, product owners, business users, and vendors to resolve issues and support enhancements.
  • Document system behavior, process flows, issue findings, and functional changes.
  • Support product changes, functional testing, production support, and operational readiness.
  • Help improve system support processes and reduce recurring issues.

Are you an experienced insurance systems analyst ready to make an impact?

  • 6โ€“10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Production Support Analyst.
  • Strong insurance domain experience required; life insurance, annuities, or long-term care preferred.
  • Experience working with policy administration systems or backend insurance admin platforms.
  • Ability to understand system workflows, transactions, integrations, and business processes.
  • Experience with production support, issue triage, defect analysis, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system-focused requirements and support documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
