The Job:

As a Bank Administration Analyst, Strategic Sourcing, you'll be part of our Corporate Treasury team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to:

  • Supports the operational and administrative functions of the bank activities in North America.
  • Responsible for analyzing business processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, preparing reports, and supporting management in decision-making.
  • Ensures efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and effective implementation of banking policies.
  • Maintain bank and merchant accounts by opening and closing accounts, modifying services, updating signers, and supporting treasury-related SOX compliance.
  • Coordinate and administer bank account Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation as it relates to bank regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Administer and maintain online banking and credit card platforms.
  • Assist in administering annual PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirements.
  • Review monthly bank account analysis fees, validate charges, and address discrepancies in collaboration with bank representatives.
  • Liaise with banking partners to resolve day-to-day inquiries and in support of business initiatives in the US, Canada, and LATAM markets.
  • Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing requested documentation and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Assist with daily cash management activities, including liquidity tracking, forecasting, and cash strategy execution.

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00
