Job description

We Are:
Accenture's Oracle practice, and we make the new happen now. Every day, we imagine the future and bring it to life using design thinking, agile development methodologies, and new smart tech like IoT, automation, and AI. We even built our own platform, myConcerto, that mixes the best parts of Accenture and Oracle to help companies come into their own as digital leaders. Ready to find genius answers to seriously hard business challenges and work with some of the best? Come join a team that feels personal even though it's over 54,000 strong. As a Global Cloud Elite and Platinum member of the Oracle Partner Network with over 145 awards, we're proud the industry is taking notice of our work, too.
We are launching Accenture Edge - a new business purpose-built to help mid-market companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion harness AI and technology. These companies face many of the same technology, data, AI, cybersecurity, and productivity challenges as large enterprises, but they often need solutions that are faster to deploy, more repeatable, and right-sized for their scale. Accenture Edge integrates seamlessly with Avanade, our joint venture with Microsoft, bringing deep cloud, AI, and security expertise to help companies adopt AI at speed and scale.
Learn more: Accenture Edge | Built for Your Scale
You Are:
A hands-on Oracle EPM specialist with deep expertise in EPCMS and a track record delivering Profitability Management, Cost Allocation, and Margin Analysis solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. You move fluently between business requirements and technical configuration - designing allocation models, building rule sets and calculation logic, and shaping profitability frameworks that Finance and FP&A teams actually use. At the Senior Consultant level, you contribute meaningfully across the full delivery lifecycle, collaborate closely with client Finance and FP&A stakeholders, and bring the precision and curiosity that turns a good EPM implementation into a great one.
The Work:
  • Deliver Oracle EPCMS implementations across Profitability Management, Cost Allocation, and Margin Analysis - from requirements and design through configuration, testing, and go-live

  • Configure EPCMS modules: build and maintain allocation rules, calculation logic, reporting structures, and profitability models aligned to client Finance and FP&A processes

  • Design and build profitability and cost allocation models; translate client cost-to-serve, margin analysis, and segment profitability requirements into scalable EPCMS solutions

  • Develop and maintain calculation rule sets to automate allocation logic, validations, data transformations, and workflow processes within EPCMS

  • Support integrations between EPCMS and ERP, data platforms, and other Oracle EPM modules - ensuring accurate metadata alignment, data mappings, and load automation

  • Participate in client-facing workshops to gather and validate planning requirements; document business requirements, solution design decisions, and configuration specifications

  • Contribute to SIT, UAT, and cutover activities - prepare test scripts, track defects, support client Finance teams through testing cycles, and maintain quality documentation

  • Support post-go-live stabilization and Hypercare; resolve EPCMS functional issues and advise clients on profitability modelling best practices and allocation optimization

  • Contribute to internal practice development - reusable EPCMS templates, allocation model accelerators, and knowledge-sharing for Accenture Edge mid-market EPM deployments

  • Stay current on Oracle EPM Cloud releases, EPCMS enhancements, and AI-assisted analytics capabilities relevant to Profitability Management, Cost Allocation, and Margin Analysis use cases

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What You Need:
  • Minimum 5 years of Oracle EPM experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on EPCMS configuration expertise across Profitability Management, Cost Allocation, or Margin Analysis

  • Minimum 3 years of experience building profitability models, cost allocation frameworks, and margin analysis solutions in EPCMS - including allocation rules, calculation logic, and reporting structures

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining EPCMS calculation rule sets to automate allocation logic, validations, and data transformations

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting EPCMS integrations with ERP systems and/or other Oracle EPM modules - including metadata management and data load processes

  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in a professional services or systems integration environment; ability to engage effectively with client Finance and FP&A stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

  • You hold an Oracle EPM Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (EPCMS) certification

Bonus Points If:
  • You have hands-on experience across multiple EPCMS use cases - Product/Customer Profitability, Cost-to-Serve analysis, Shared Services cost allocation, and Segment Margin reporting

  • You have experience integrating EPCMS with EPBCS or FCCS for end-to-end EPM profitability and planning workflows

  • You have exposure to AI-assisted profitability analytics, predictive cost modelling, or scenario analysis within Oracle EPM

  • You have experience with EPM Automate, Data Management/FDMEE, or Oracle Integration Cloud for EPM data pipeline automation

  • You have contributed to pre-sales efforts - solution demos, estimation, or proposal development for EPM Planning pursuits

  • You have familiarity with mid-market EPM accelerators
