Pay Rate: $27.55 to $30.55 per hour

AllMed Staffing is seeking experienced Advanced Medical Support Assistants to support Primary Care Services at the Dayton VA Medical Center during implementation of the new Electronic Health Record Modernization system.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Coordinate referrals and consults.
  • Manage patient records and demographic information.
  • Support providers and nursing staff with administrative functions.
  • Monitor appointment queues and clinic worklists.
  • Communicate effectively with Veterans and healthcare staff.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems to support patient care operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of medical administrative or patient access experience.
