Job Summary:


The Marketing & Events Coordinator plans and executes marketing initiatives, conferences and trade shows that increase brand awareness, support business objectives, and enhance engagement. This role manages event logistics, coordinates promotional campaigns, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful marketing and conference experiences.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute conferences, trade shows, meetings and corporate events.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration, sponsorship deliverables, exhibit materials, shipping, and travel coordination when needed.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and print channels.
  • Create and maintain marketing and conference materials, including presentations, promotional collateral, signage, and event communications.
  • Partner with internal teams, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Monitor event and marketing budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor contracts.
  • Maintain website, social media, and marketing content to support organizational goals.
  • Track and analyze campaign and event performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and a positive attendee experience across all marketing and conference activities.
