Drive financial clarity and strategic decision-making for Genesys' One Americas sales region, influencing outcomes across North America and Latin America. This role shapes how resources are allocated, how performance is measured, and how growth is accelerated at scale. At Genesys, we are transforming customer experience through AI-powered innovation, and this role directly supports that mission by enabling smarter, faster, and more predictive financial operations. You will partner closely with senior sales leadership to guide investment strategy, improve operational efficiency, and unlock sustainable revenue growth. This position offers high visibility with executive stakeholders and exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives, creating a strong pathway for continued career growth and leadership influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end financial and workforce planning for the One Americas sales organization, ensuring alignment between hiring strategy, investment priorities, and revenue goals
  • Influence regional and executive decision-making by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, including the CFO and CSO
  • Drive automation and innovation across finance workflows by leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline forecasting, and improve operational scalability
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to align strategy and improve the effectiveness of go-to-market investments
  • Deliver high-impact variance analysis and management reporting that improves forecasting accuracy and enables proactive business decisions
  • Lead analysis that identifies opportunities to improve return on investment across regional operating expenses and sales performance initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, or data-driven problem solving across consulting, investment banking, accounting, SaaS, or technology environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building financial models, reporting tools, and decision-support frameworks
  • Experience working with financial systems and data visualization tools such as Workday Adaptive, Tableau, Oracle EPM Cloud, Salesforce, Power Query, Power Pivot, Python, or SQL
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise insights
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ownership mindset with a track record of driving initiatives through to completion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional sales organizations
  • Exposure to AI-driven tools or automation in finance workflows
  • Experience partnering with executive-level stakeholders in high-growth environments

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$105,100.00 - $184,900.00
