Job description

The Resy team is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead our Reach & Messaging vertical. Reach & Messaging drives how Resy connects the right message to the right diner at the right time. This PM will own and evolve the platform that powers audience segmentation, messaging channels, communication preferences, and promotional experiences to deliver personalized, privacy-first engagement at scale.
You'll define the strategy and roadmap for the capabilities that power consumer communications across push, email, SMS, advertising, and sponsored experiences. Partnering across Resy and American Express, you'll build a differentiated engagement platform that expands our addressable audience, deepens diner engagement, and helps restaurants grow.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close partnership with Engineering, Marketing, Partner Success, Legal, Privacy, and product teams across the Enterprise. We're looking for a builder with strong product judgment who thrives in ambiguity, sets a high bar for excellence, and delivers scalable solutions that create value for diners, restaurants, and the business.
Responsibilities
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated success building consumer or platform products.
  • Collaborative and customer obsessed, with empathy for both diners and restaurant partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
  • Builder who sets a high bar for excellence, balancing speed with rigor and shipping iteratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience defining success metrics and using experimentation to inform decisions.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and building products that create meaningful value for both diners and restaurant partners.

Qualifications
  • Background in technical or platform product management within a consumer marketplace or multi-sided ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, messaging channels, attribution, and engagement measurement.
  • Expertise building products that leverage first-party data while upholding privacy, consent, and regulatory standards.
  • Familiarity with advertising technologies including ad serving, targeting, sponsored placements, and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of messaging infrastructure across push notifications, email, SMS, and communication preference management.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to launch customer-facing communication products.
