High Volume Hiring (HVH) is a global organization building innovative recruitment and hiring products for Amazon's candidate selection and onboarding. We provide end-to-end hiring capabilities that streamline candidate evaluation, automate selection processes, and accelerate time-to-hire across multiple job roles and business lines. We enable hiring managers and recruitment teams globally to identify qualified candidates, conduct efficient assessments, process applications at scale, and seamlessly transition successful candidates into Amazon roles. Our systems support the full candidate journey from application through onboarding, ensuring Amazon can rapidly scale its workforce while maintaining high hiring standards and compliance with local employment regulations.

• influence teams to decouple from dependencies and eliminate architecture problems that stifle innovation or cause user dissatisfaction, development collisions, and/or outages
A day in the life
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the HVH team, you will work with multiple teams to help solve complex technical solutions aimed to provide hiring managers and recruitment teams more efficient candidate evaluation and selection capabilities, while also improving hiring operational agility and speed-to-fill. You will have a direct influence on the technical design and implementation plan for high-volume hiring systems. You will work with multiple tech and business teams to build these complex recruitment and onboarding solutions.

High Volume Hiring (HVH) empowers our customers by providing integrated, candidate-focused solutions that streamline high-volume recruitment processes for WW Stores, AWS, Devices, and Talent Acquisition. As stewards of the candidate lifecycle and hiring experience, we drive initiatives that promote transparency and efficiency in candidate evaluation, selection automation, and recruitment operational needs management. We prioritize customer-centricity by tailoring our hiring capabilities and processes to align with recruiter preferences and candidate behaviors. Our approach is to start with the hiring manager's needs and match qualified candidates to the right roles through our automated selection services.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
