Job description

Key Responsibilities
  •  Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
  •  Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect, including CTI/softphone, call routing, IVR, and contact flows.
  •  Configure Amazon Connect contact flows, Lambda functions, and related AWS services (Lex, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis as needed).
  •  Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice or comparable CTI integrations.
  •  Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  •  Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues across the Salesforce–AWS stack.
Required Qualifications
  •  5–6 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, triggers, integrations).
  •  Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS Connect / Amazon Connect.
  •  Experience with Service Cloud and contact center implementations.
  •  Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  •  Familiarity with AWS Lambda and core AWS services.
  •  Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  •  Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  •  Experience with Service Cloud Voice.
  •  Based in or near Atlanta, GA (not a hard requirement).
