Below is the job description
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s)
  • 7+ years working in Salesforce with 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Must have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Service Voice Cloud (including Amazon Connect)
  • Salesforce analytics configuration experience is required
  • Salesforce complex flow configuration experience is required
  • Candidates with experience with Commerce Cloud and/or CPQ will have preference.
  • Understand data integrations between various enterprise applications (a.o. Boomi to 3rd party applications (SAP, PowerBI, Workday))
  • Experience with queues, email to Case and complex routing
  • Experience with territories and bulk changes
  • Experience in building new applications with Salesforce
Experience with JIRA Projects and ServiceNow is desirable
