Job description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Service Cloud, Custom application development, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Copado-based deployments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, including:
  • Case management Service processes and automation

Knowledge management

  • Queues, assignment rules, and escalation rules
  • Omni-Channel and service workflows
  • Develop custom Salesforce functionality using:
  • Apex o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL and SOSL
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Salesforce APIs and integration technologies
  • Implement and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites for customers, partners, or other external users.
  • Develop rich, responsive, and user-friendly customer-facing experiences using LWC, OmniStudio, and modern UI development practices.
  • Use OmniStudio capabilities such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors to build efficient and scalable digital experiences.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Amazon Connect where applicable to support omnichannel customer service, agent workflows, call handling, and customer interaction tracking.
  • Use Copado to support source control, version management, deployment automation, and release coordination.
  • Configure Experience Cloud navigation, branding, authentication, user access, permissions, and external-user experiences.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud sites with Service Cloud to support customer self-service, case creation, case tracking, knowledge access, and customer communications.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance, security, and usability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, QA teams, and other developers in an Agile delivery environment.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud. 
  • Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, and Copado.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
  • Experience developing rich and responsive user interfaces for customer-facing experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including: o Profiles and permission sets
  • Roles and sharing rules o External-user access
  • Experience Cloud sharing and visibility
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and external system connectivity.
  • Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools, version control, testing, and release management.
  • Ability to work independently, provide technical leadership, and mentor other developers.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience with OmniStudio implementation in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect, CTI integrations, and contact center modernization.
  • Experience with Copado for enterprise deployment automation and release management.
  • Experience with customer self-service, knowledge bases, case deflection, and authenticated customer experiences.
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD.
