From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
It's Day 1 for Amazon's next billion-dollar business and we are looking for a Program Manager to work in a start-up environment who is passionate about technology and fulfillment, who thinks and acts globally, and has the ability to manage and implement solutions. Key job responsibilities
Collaborate with global supply chain partners to develop business launch schedules that align with LEO's unique business goals and regional demands
Lead cross-functional testing initiatives across Finance, Accounting, Trade, Transportation, Tax and Operations partners to ensure we will launch the business successfully
Drive project schedules from test to launch, adjusting the project plan proactively to avoid risks and issues

Create and maintain best practices on the team, deal with ambiguity and competing objectives, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
Write effective narratives and present them concisely and effectively to senior management.
Navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups
Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
