HR Assistant

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their human resources team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to learn about the HR field.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
