Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Materials Management and MDG Architect responsible for designing and implementing SAP MM modules and MDG solutions with increasing independence, while developing expertise in master data management across the organization. The candidate is expected to provide expert guidance on SAP warehouse management best practices and serve as a key design authority across implementation, transformation, and rollout initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
* Design and configure SAP MDG solutions. Develop data models, validation rules, and approval workflows for Master Data Governance.
* Implement data quality rules and governance processes and MDG integration with SAP EWM and other modules
* Implement and support SAP Material Management module components including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification
* Design solutions for materials planning and warehouse management integration
* Configure and customize SAP MM to meet business requirements
* Support integration with other SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, WM)
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Conduct system configuration, unit testing, and integration testing. Support data migration and cutover activities. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting
* Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration points. Document technical designs, configurations, and processes. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 4+ years of SAP experience in SAP MDG and SAP MM on S/4HANA solution implementation and support
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP MDG and or MM implementations
- Experience with SAP MDG configuration, architecture, data modeling data governance concepts
- Strong SAP MM configuration knowledge: purchasing, inventory management, material master, vendor master
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and its integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, PP)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- SAP certification in MDG or MM module
- Experience in managing inter-company Stock Transport Orders, Stock Transfers, Transfer orders, Physical Inventory, Scrap Management, Material Valuation, Workflow Approvals and Vendor Invoicing and Verification.
- Experience in integrating inbound and outbound processes with third-party logistics providers, using EDI framework - 850, 855, 856, 867, 940, 945, 810 for PO, PO change, Advance Shipping Notification, Warehouse shipping, Inventory movements, and Invoice transactions.
- Experience with master data migration tools (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain best practices
- Experience with SAP BTP integration scenarios

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
