Customer Service Representative โ€“ TopRx

Join the customer care team at TopRx, a Memphis-based leader in generic pharmaceutical distribution since 1987! Weโ€™re on the lookout for enthusiastic professionals ready to deliver top-tier service with a smile. If you're someone who thrives on helping others, solving problems, and making someoneโ€™s day a little betterโ€”this might be your perfect next step.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at TopRx, you'll be the friendly voice our independent pharmacy partners rely on. Youโ€™ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide order support, and ensure customer satisfaction with efficiency and care. This role is all about empathy, problem-solving, and relationship buildingโ€”with a bit of multitasking wizardry thrown in.

We have two shifts โ€“ 9:00 am โ€“ 6:00 pm and 10:00 am โ€“ 7:00 pm.

We also have a rotating weekend, fully staffed thatโ€™s one every 3rd or 4th weekend 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday.

โ€ข The CSR with the weekend shift splits Friday 5:00 โ€“ 8:30 pm + Saturday 10:00 am - 2:30 pm

โ€ข The weekend shift is work from home both days*

*All other shifts are in office.

What You'll Be Doing

โ€ข Responding to inbound calls from independent pharmacies placing orders or seeking support.

โ€ข Using our software to place and manage orders by phone and online.

โ€ข Reaching out proactively to provide updates, track shipments, or resolve issues.

โ€ข Solving problems efficiently using the latest tools and a helpful attitude.

โ€ข Collaborating with team members and staying current through ongoing training.
