Job description

Overview:
We’re looking for AWS Connect Engineers with 5+ years of experience to develop and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Amazon Connect—queues, routing, users, and access controls.
• Build and optimize IVR/contact flows using AWS Lambda.
• Support CCP integrations and custom extensions.
• Implement and manage Contact Lens for insights and QA.
• Integrate Connect with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
• Maintain documentation and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect or contact center engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with IVR flows, Lambda integrations, routing, and telephony basics.
• Strong understanding of Contact Lens and CCP customization.
• Experience with AWS services: S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:
• Healthcare domain experience.
• AWS certification.
• CRM/CTI integration experience (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
