Job description

Amazon Ads develops advertising solutions that help brands and agencies connect with customers across Amazon's properties and the broader digital landscape.
The Partner Education Manager is responsible for designing and developing end-to-end learning experiences for agencies and partners to maximize Amazon Ads solutions to grow their business. This individual sets the strategy and development for multiple learning paths within the curriculum and influences the direction and quality of the overall program.

This individual will work closely and autonomously with product, marketing, and sales subject matter experts from across Amazon Ads to define learning objectives and deliver programs that drive fluency across Amazon Ads products and services.
Key job responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences for agencies and partners
Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers, marketing, sales, and product subject matter experts to influence the development of training deliverables
Analyze and define learning gaps and needs, group and sequence complex content across a curriculum, write content for comprehension, and design effective learning activities and assessments.
Translate complex subject matter into clear, learner-centered programs and journeys that meet the needs of multiple target audiences.
Manage program development timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
