We partner with major waste and recycling companies across the U.S., delivering workforce solutions to landfills, MRFs, transfer stations, and hauling routes.

Position Summary:

The Account Recruiting Manager (ARM) plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the success of our field operations. ARMs serve as the bridge between our recruiters and client site supervisors, managing candidate submittals, resolving onsite issues, and ensuring staffing coverage across assigned sites. This is a hands-on role that includes frequent onsite visits, active problem solving, and high-volume coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified candidates for general labor roles using internal databases, job boards, referrals, and local outreach.
  • Screen applicants via phone and in person to assess fit, reliability, and transportation availability.
  • Conduct structured interviews and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all active and upcoming job orders.
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate start logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client site supervisors.
  • Visit client sites regularly to check in with temporary employees and resolve any issues.
  • Track time, attendance, and headcount reports; follow up on discrepancies with site managers.
  • Monitor performance and coach or replace underperforming employees as needed.
  • Ensure full compliance with all onboarding requirements, including background checks, PPE, and site-specific documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding daily staffing operations.
  • Escalate any site-level issues to the Regional Operations Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or client-facing operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites daily.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
What We Offer:
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with 4% company match.
  • Access to our Management Training Program for long-term growth.
  • Uncapped commission on placements you generate (1.5% of net profit).
  • Exposure to a nationwide network of clients and internal support teams.
