Job Summary:
Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Security Services to oversee project teams delivering Cybersecurity solutions. The role involves managing project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing a project team to deliver Cybersecurity Services solutions to the client.
• Utilizing the latest methods and assets, such as reference architectures and business measurements, to ensure the project's success.
• Managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, including applying knowledge of Cybersecurity service offerings in the planning, tracking, change control, and risk management of the project.
• Overseeing internal reporting and system processes for contract/account financial performance.
• Managing all project resources, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors, and establishing effective communication plans with the project team and the client.
• Providing day-to-day direction and regular project status updates to the client.
• Harvesting intellectual capital, obtaining references, and forwarding recommendations to the opportunity owner.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM program or project management role
• Experience delivering IAM or PAM initiatives (CyberArk experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise programs
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills
• Experience managing consulting engagements (T&M and/or fixed scope)
• A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a project team to deliver Cybersecurity Services solutions to the client
• They utilize the latest methods and assets, such as reference architectures and business measurements, to ensure the project's success
• The Project Manager is accountable for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, including applying their knowledge of Cybersecurity service offerings in the planning, tracking, change control, and risk management of the project
• They also oversee internal reporting and system processes for contract/account financial performance
• The Project Manager manages all project resources, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors, and establishes effective communication plans with the project team and the client
• They provide day-to-day direction and regular project status updates to the client
• At the end of the engagement, the Project Manager harvests intellectual capital, obtains references, and forwards recommendations to the opportunity owner
• This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of Cybersecurity Services offerings
Preferred:
• Exposure to PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar
• Experience in discovery-led or roadmap-driven cybersecurity engagements
• Understanding of privileged access lifecycle, onboarding waves, and operational governance
• Experience working in large enterprises or regulated environments
• PMP certifications would be preferred
