Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for auto, home, umbrella, life, and other insurance products.
  • Schedule appointments and warm handoffs for licensed sales producers when appropriate.
  • Assist the sales team by following up with existing customers and supporting agency initiatives.
  • Process endorsements, renewals, and policy servicing requests accurately.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Meet customer service standards while contributing to agency sales and retention goals.
  • Help strengthen client retention through exceptional service and proactive account reviews.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License (required)
  • 2+ years of insurance industry experience preferred
  • Customer service experience in an insurance agency
  • Previous sales or cross-selling experience is a plus
  • Allstate experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable identifying opportunities to educate customers on additional coverage
