Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for auto, home, umbrella, life, and other insurance products.
- Schedule appointments and warm handoffs for licensed sales producers when appropriate.
- Assist the sales team by following up with existing customers and supporting agency initiatives.
- Process endorsements, renewals, and policy servicing requests accurately.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Meet customer service standards while contributing to agency sales and retention goals.
- Help strengthen client retention through exceptional service and proactive account reviews.
Requirements- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience preferred
- Customer service experience in an insurance agency
- Previous sales or cross-selling experience is a plus
- Allstate experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable identifying opportunities to educate customers on additional coverage
