Our established, locally owned Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer service

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals, and claims support

Review insurance coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients

Write new business and cross-sell existing accounts

Process policy transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain detailed customer records and documentation

Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a cohesive team environment

Qualifications

Active Hawaii Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced office

Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately retain and recall information while managing multiple client accounts

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Competitive pay: $52,000 - $78,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus opportunity for commissions and bonuses

Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM HST)
