Description Netsimco, a Saalex Company is seeking an Operations Analyst II in Groton, CT. Saalex Corp., is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company with a focus on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services. Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $110k-$125k annually (depending on experience)
Work Location: Full-time onsite - Potential for up to $7k relocation/sign on bonus is available! Essential Functions: * Analyze complex organizational problems to improve the coordination and management of people, materials, equipment, and financial resources
* Apply analytical methods from mathematics, science, and engineering to support decision-making
* Support organizational strategy, planning, forecasting, and resource allocation initiatives
* Evaluate and improve performance measurement, scheduling, and operational efficiencies * Design and assess production facilities, systems, and processes
* Analyze and optimize supply chain management, pricing, transportation, and distribution systems
* Collect, organize, and analyze large and complex datasets
* Select and apply appropriate analytical techniques, including: * Simulation
* Linear and nonlinear programming
