AllCare.ai delivers coordinated, in-facility care including Primary Care, Psychiatry, Podiatry, Diagnostics, Wound Care, and Chronic Care Management, supported by a 24/7 medical concierge. Our platform streamlines documentation and compliance so providers can focus on delivering high-quality care to seniors.

Role Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team and provide psychiatric care to residents in assisted living communities. This role involves a combination of in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations. We prefer candidates who have an established outpatient clinic or private practice, as this role is designed to complement your existing schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage psychiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities
  • Conduct in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations
  • Collaborate with our care team including PMHNPs, primary care providers, and facility staff
  • Participate in case reviews and care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • MD or DO with active California medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Preference for candidates with an established clinic or private practice
  • Active DEA license
  • Medicare credentialing preferred
  • Experience working in outpatient or senior care settings

Compensation Annual compensation range: $218,000 - $265,000, based on experience and level of involvement. This is a 1099 independent contractor role and does not require full-time commitment.
