Job description

Essential Job Functions:
  • Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
  • Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
  • Assist other servers in giving the best possible service.
  • Perform necessary assigned work.
  • Handle guest receipts according to internal casino/resort policy.
  • Responsible for proper uniform attire and proper name tag.
  • Serve all food/beverages as per room standards.
  • Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets. .
  • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions:
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
  • Experience Required: Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit.(19 years plus 1 day minimum)
