POSITION: The Sales Representative is a key member of our boutique fitness team as they are the face and voice of the studio to the community. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our commitment to the community. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. This is not a high pressure sales environment. That said, the key responsibility of the Sales Representative is to drive revenue through sales of memberships, retail apparel and accessories and private training. A typical day could include customer service to our members checking in for classes, outbound calling to prospective members and general organization and cleaning of the studio. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be a key member of our "street team" helping coordinate and staff community events and other studio functions. The position reports to the General Manager. The ideal candidate wold be high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated who is fitness minded and has a love for the community. A BONUS of this position is that we strive to maintain a set and predictable schedule for our team members. There are always opportunities to pick up more shifts or have your shifts covered, but consistency is something we strive for in our studio.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills...in person, on the phone and via email
  • Strong computer capabilities - ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines...and like it!
  • Pilates and/or fitness experience a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Help achieve monthly sales quotas for memberships, retail and private training...including retention and new sales
  • Help execute the "100 tasks a day" sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio
  • General organization and cleaning of the studio
  • Other duties as assigned
