Position Overview

The Reception/Registry Staff member is the first point of contact for guests at KidLavie Alabama LLC. This role is responsible for greeting families, handling guest check-ins and registrations, answering inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Manage guest registration for playground entry, birthday parties, workshops, and events.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about services, packages, and schedules.
  • Handle reservations, event bookings, and process payments through the POS system.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest registrations, attendance, and transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, art, event staff) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and report preparation.
  • Address guest inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred.
