Airport food service jobs involve working in restaurants, cafes, bars, or food kiosks located within airport terminals. These roles include tasks such as preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cash registers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing customer service to travelers. Employees must often work flexible hours due to the round-the-clock nature of airports and adhere to strict security and safety regulations. These positions can range from entry-level roles like cashier or server to management positions overseeing entire food service operations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in airport food service?

To thrive in Airport Food Service, you need customer service skills, food handling knowledge, and often a food safety certification, such as ServSafe.
