Job description

Perform final audit and filing of maintenance documents.
Essential Functions:
  • Receive and assign aircraft records packets from the FMU and/or applicable Class B Maintenance Stations for audit and verification of correct entry of required information into the PMI computer system
  • Provide information needed from the aircraft files to management staff as requested
  • Ensure monthly purging of file documents that exceed the required retention period
  • Perform audit of each aircraft's records package and verify the correct entry of required information into the Purchasing Maintenance Inventory System (PMI)
  • File all aircraft records in appropriate file
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Records

H.S. Degree or equivalent Willing to work varied days, hours, holidays and weekends Proficient skills in Microsoft office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access Excellent customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to lift up to 30 lbs Working knowledge of PMI helpful Experience in team environment helpful HTML support experience helpful *Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
