  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Aviation Technical Records Analyst (ATRA) to support the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all aircraft, engine, and component records.
  • The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity. They are deadline-driven, highly organized, and able to effectively prioritize tasks based on urgency and date received to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Success in this role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a proactive mindset. While precision is essential, the ideal candidate also understands the importance of working efficiently—balancing accuracy with timeliness to ensure all records are processed quickly and correctly.
  • This is a vital position within the Technical Records team, supporting both compliance and customer satisfaction through meticulous documentation and effective case management.

Objective #1

In your first thirty days, you will develop a deep understanding of Veryon Tracking – the systems, departments, and customer objectives. You will be responsible for accurately completing a minimum of 60 case updates related to aircraft documentation and maintenance records.

· Learn and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Veryon Tracking in updating aircraft technical records

· Accurately process Tier 3–Tier 5 maintenance records, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal standards.

· Develop a strong understanding of the department’s overall goals and how technical records support broader organizational objectives.

· Verify and record all component removals and replacements in the maintenance management system, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, serial numbers, and time-tracking data.

· Ensure all recorded aircraft maintenance is accurately and promptly entered into the maintenance management system.

· Validate flight logs by reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all recorded times, updating systems as needed.

Objective #2

In your first ninety days, successfully maintain the day-to-day operation of the department. Successfully update 85+ cases monthly while maintaining accuracy above 95%.

· Serve as a key resource for Support personnel, assisting in the resolution of record-keeping challenges.

· Ensure that all aircraft maintenance records are accurately entered into the maintenance tracking system, achieving at least 95% accuracy.

· Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to clarify record-keeping requirements and support audit preparation.

· Maintain the company’s reputation for world-class customer support by ensuring timely processing of Tier cases.

Objective #3

In your first six months, increase productivity and knowledge within the team while closely working with QA department. Successfully update 120+ cases monthly while still maintaining accuracy

· Manage a personal workload independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

· Lead small projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing record-keeping processes or system utilization.

· Mentor newer team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

· Continue building collaborative relationships across departments to support seamless operations.

· Demonstrate consistent adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements:

This individual should be solutions-driven and be comfortable identifying problems and solving them with urgency. This individual should have a proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  1. Adopt a data-driven approach to make decisions, analyze issues and develop solutions.
  2. Minimum two (2) years of aircraft records experience: i.e. administrative experience with maintaining aviation maintenance records, such as Production Control, Quality Assurance, or any other comparable position

Detail-Oriented: The ATRA is responsible for monitoring and applying maintenance updates to operator-submitted cases. This role demands a high level of accuracy, focus, and the ability to retain detailed information. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to precision and consistently ensures that each task is completed thoroughly and efficiently. They take pride in delivering high-quality work while managing multiple priorities

Time Management: Maintaining and organizing an individual queue is a core responsibility. The ATRA must excel at scheduling, prioritizing, and updating records to ensure all assigned cases are moved into a “needs review” state before the end of each day. Exceptional time management skills are essential to meet deadlines consistently without compromising accuracy or quality.

Interpersonal Skills: Success in this role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. The ATRA should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of delivering high-level customer support.
