We are seeking a detail-oriented Trades Operations Assistant to support the daily coordination of field service operations. This role serves as a key connection between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to help ensure projects and service appointments are organized, communicated, and completed efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for helping both customers and team members succeed. This position is based in our Lawrenceville office and is not eligible for remote work.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily service schedules and assist with assigning work orders to field personnel.
  • Review incoming customer requests and help organize appointments according to service needs, technician availability, and geographic efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer communications, and operational activities.
  • Monitor job progress throughout the day and communicate necessary adjustments to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with workload balancing and scheduling optimization to support operational efficiency.
  • Support onboarding and coaching efforts for new team members within the operations department.
  • Collaborate with field technicians, office staff, and leadership to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively address issues before they impact customers or operations.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan, CRM platforms, scheduling software, or field-service management systems is beneficial.
