By connecting these capabilities in a single platform, Lasso gives security teams complete visibility over their AI environment, proactive risk management, next-generation adversarial testing, and real-time threat response ensuring every agent behaves within its intended scope at every stage of its lifecycle.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop new opportunities with prospective customers through the demonstration of Lasso Platform.
  • Scope and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to new prospective customers.
  • Support US sales activities.
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with systematics goals, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing account potential.
  • Drive sales initiatives within strategic accounts, collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Act as a client advocate within the company, work closely with product and engineering teams to surface customer requests, ensuring the customer feedback is communicated effectively and promptly, addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator in a cybersecurity company.
  • A bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields - an advantage.
  • Proven strategic sales/account management track record, preferably within the AI software, technology, or engineering sectors.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as red teaming
  • Familiarity with AI gateways like LiteLLM, PortKey, Kong - strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud-providers and deployment on the various platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to read and write API documentation
  • Demonstrated ability of working with postman and APIs
  • Knowledge of network security technologies - an advantage.
  • Industry certifications including CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA , CISSP, or CCSP - An advantage.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools.
