  • ORGANIZATION OF STORE (MANAGER DESK, WALK INS, CARTS, BAR AREA, STORAGE, LINE, KITCHEN, ETC)
  • WEEKLY FINANCIAL REPORT DATA PULL
  • MONTHLY BAR MEETING WITH BEVERAGE MANAGER
  • MONTHLY PAR ADJUSTMENTS (FOOD / BAR)
  • 1 – 2 BARTENDING SHIFTS PER WEEK (NO BARBACK)
  • 1 – 2 MANAGER SHIFTS PER WEEK
  • 1 – 2 SUPPORT SHIFTS PER WEEK
  • TRAINING OF ALL BARTENDERS
  • MONTHLY R&M WALK THROUGH WITH FACILITY MANAGER AND EXECUTION OF R&M FOLLOW UP ITEMS
  • CLEANING CHECKLIST OVERSIGHT AND EXECUTION
  • SHOP CLEANLINESS OVERSIGHT AND EXECUTION

  • ASSIST GM WITH INTERVIEWS AND NEW HIRE ORIENTATION
  • MONTHLY MARKETING MEETING WITH MARKETING MANAGER – IF REQUESTED
  • EXECUTION OF CREW NUGS
  • ORGANIZATION OF WRITE UPS / LICENSES AND PERMITS
  • MANAGER LOG REVIEW FOLLOW UP WITH ANY ISSUES
  • 1 – 2 MANAGER SHIFTS PER WEEK
  • 1 – 2 SUPPORT SHIFTS PER WEEK
  • CATERING FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION – CONTACT BY PHONE OR CARD – DEVELOP FU CADENCE

Any other duties as assigned in support of the shop people and operations

Requirements:

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Think “shop first” / customer first
  • Demonstrate integrity
  • Demonstrate self-direction
  • Demonstrate “heads-up” leadership. Keep your head on a swivel and be aware.
  • Food and Alcohol Service Safety certifications (ServeSafe, T.I.P.S)
  • Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain crew relationships and influence behavior
  • Training complete for all positions: crew, trainer, bartender, and shift leader

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift 47lbs
  • Stamina to work a 10-hour shift
  • Ability to work under mentally and physically stressful situations
  • Ability to work in team environment with high levels of collaboration
  • Must be comfortable with marijuana themed culture
