Key Responsibilities- Operations & Service Management
- Oversee daytoday operations of the bar, dining room, and kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak hours to support staff, interact with guests, and resolve service issues promptly.
- Uphold and enforce all company policies, including responsible alcohol service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, tip reporting, and daily reconciliation of sales and inventory. Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor frontofhouse managers, bartenders, and servers to foster a positive, professional, and cohesive work environment.
- Lead preshift meetings and staff training sessions to reinforce service standards, menu knowledge, and guest engagement.
