Join Our Seed Warehouse Team! Centra Sota Cooperative is looking for an Agronomy Warehouse & Delivery to help organize, ship, and deliver seed and agronomy products across Central MN. If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and supporting local farmers, this is the role for you!

Centra Sota Cooperative’s vision is to improve lives and create a more vibrant future for farmers, families, and communities in Central MN. We are seeking an Agronomy Warehouse & Delivery to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, managing shipping/receiving, and assisting with seasonal product deliveries. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and supporting local agriculture, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Organize, pick, and build customer and internal seed/agronomy orders.
  • Safely load/unload trucks and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Receive shipments, complete documentation, and track inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service and occasional product deliveries (Class A CDL Required).
  • Support teammates and follow all safety and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid CDL and DOT medical certification, must meet Centra Sota’s driver qualification requirements and Drug & Alcohol Policy.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience.
  • Forklift/skid steer operation skills.
  • Clean MVR 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
