Job Description Product Owner Location: Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN Pay: Up to $95K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Product Owner to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for owning product vision and roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational goals, identify opportunities for innovation, and translate strategic initiatives into product priorities Serve as the Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum framework, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups Partner with the leads to maintain delivery momentum, surface blockers early, and manage cross-team dependencies Build, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team always has well-defined, sprint-ready work that delivers measurable business value Make and defend prioritization decisions, balancing stakeholder input, technical constraints, business value, and team capacity Continuously evaluate product performance and user feedback to refine the roadmap and ensure products evolve to meet changing business needs Serve as the primary connection point between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle Manage relationships with third-party vendors REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related) 3-5 years as a Product Owner Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools Practical AI experience PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience in the auto finance or dealer services industry Familiarity with dealer management systems, franchise operations, or automotive retail/service/finance workflows Agile certifications Experience with data visualization or reporting tools TERMS: This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $90,000-$95K based on experience.
