As an Agile Program Lead at Publicis Sapient, you will partner with senior client stakeholders within the Energy & Commodities sector to deliver large-scale digital business and technology transformation initiatives. You will lead complex programs end-to-end, owning both delivery excellence and commercial performance while acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders navigating industry disruption.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, guiding cross-functional, globally distributed teams to deliver measurable business outcomes across trading, operations, customer experience, and digital platforms.

Your Impact

You will drive both Program Delivery and Client Engagement success, including:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment to client business objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner across Energy & Commodities clients
  • Defining and implementing optimal team structures (roles, capabilities, governance) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Driving business value through the delivery of digital platforms, including cloud, data & analytics, trading systems, and customer experience solutions
  • Managing program financials including revenue, margin, burn rate, and forecasting to ensure account health and profitability
  • Leading program planning, risk management, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams to ensure predictable delivery
  • Advising clients on modern delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, product-centric models) and enabling lasting changes to ways of working
  • Supporting business development activities, including shaping proposals, defining delivery models, and contributing to go-to-market strategies

Energy & Commodities Industry Focus

  • Bring deep understanding of Energy & Commodities markets, including areas such as trading & risk management (ETRM/CTRM), upstream/downstream operations, utilities modernization, or renewable energy transition
  • Advise clients on digital transformation opportunities across trading platforms, asset optimization, supply chain, and sustainability initiatives
  • Translate industry trends (e.g., energy transition, decarbonization, volatility in commodity markets) into actionable technology and business solutions
  • Partner with clients to modernize legacy systems and enable data-driven decision making in complex, highly regulated environments

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading large, complex digital or technology programs within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong client leadership capabilities, with experience managing senior stakeholders and owning executive-level relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage commercials, financials, and delivery performance within large engagements
  • Deep experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models in enterprise environments
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams across global delivery models
  • Experience contributing to sales pursuits, proposals, and solution shaping
  • Familiarity with digital technologies including cloud, data platforms, AI, and modern engineering practices

Role Level: Senior Manager

Salary Range: 160,000 - 200,000 base pay
