Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives while driving Agile best practices across multiple engineering teams. This role combines technical program leadership with Agile coaching and Scrum facilitation to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes, improve team effectiveness, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical acumen, program management expertise, Agile/Scrum experience, and excellent communication skills to coordinate across engineering, product management, architecture, operations, and business teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technical programs and projects.
2. Define program goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
3. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, roadmaps, and release plans.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
5. Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
6. Drive technical discussions to understand architecture, integrations, scalability, and delivery challenges.
7. Track project progress and provide executive-level status reporting.
8. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
9. Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder communication throughout the program lifecycle.
Salary Range- $75,000-$95,000 a year
