Overview
As a Delivery Engagement Lead within Publicis Sapient's Energy & Commodities practice, you will lead large-scale enterprise projects for clients across the energy vertical. This is a hands-on project and program management role focused on driving complex digital and technology initiatives from planning through execution, while partnering with senior client stakeholders to ensure delivery quality, business alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Your Impact
You will lead the day-to-day execution of large-scale enterprise delivery programs, with accountability for:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital and technology programs, keeping workstreams aligned to client goals, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Manage senior client stakeholders through clear governance, transparent communication, and disciplined delivery leadership.
  • Establish operating rhythms, team structures, escalation paths, risk management, and dependency tracking across multi-workstream programs.
  • Drive delivery across cloud, data & analytics, trading systems, operations, and customer experience initiatives within Energy & Commodities.
  • Manage scope, staffing, financials, forecasting, burn rate, and delivery performance to maintain engagement health.
  • Partner with sales and industry leaders on RFPs and pursuits by shaping delivery plans, estimates, assumptions, and resourcing models.

  • Experience leading large, complex enterprise programs in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders, governance, status communication, and escalation.
  • Ability to manage scope, financials, staffing, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance across large engagements.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams and influence without authority.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, or pursuits with delivery plans, estimates, assumptions, and resourcing models.
  • Familiarity with cloud, data platforms, AI, and modern engineering practices.

Role Level: Senior Manager
Salary Range: 160,000 - 185,000 base pay
