Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job description:

  • Minimum of 8–10+ years of experience in IT delivery, Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles, preferably within large enterprise environments.
  • No. of Years of Experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery across Electric Business Operations, Operational Data Engineering, Data & Analytics product teams, Business Intelligence, or operational data teams.
  • Must Have CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification.
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and release planning.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to maintain prioritized and sprint-ready backlogs.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Primavera P6 or other enterprise project scheduling tools.
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, risk/dependency management, and conflict-resolution skills.
