We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 CRM) to lead enterprise CRM initiatives, application support, Hypercare operations, and end-to-end project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager with strong Dynamics 365 CRM expertise and enterprise application management experience.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
✅ Manage Hypercare, production support, incident management, and post-go-live stabilization.
✅ Drive project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
✅ Coordinate global onshore/offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
✅ Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management following ITIL best practices.
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver enterprise solutions.
✅ Support enterprise applications including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Oracle Applications, and SAP.
✅ Prepare project status reports, governance documentation, and executive presentations.

Required Skills

✔️ 12–15+ years of IT experience with strong Project Management expertise.
