This involves frequent communication, transparent reporting, and effective backlog management to prioritize work that delivers business value. They typically set clear expectations with stakeholders about agile timelines and adapt plans as needed based on team velocity and feedback. Success in this role requires both strong facilitation skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities in a collaborative environment.
