Our flexible scheduling options allow you to create a work-life balance that best fits your professional and personal needs. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

As a Physical Therapist at Agile Life Physical Therapy, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of each patient’s physical abilities, challenges, and goals, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Delivering effective therapy sessions that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the application of various modalities to improve patient function.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress, adapting treatment plans to ensure achievement of optimal outcomes based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals—such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists—to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educating patients and their families on therapeutic methods, engagement in home exercise programs, and strategies to prevent injuries and promote long-term wellness.
• Implementing safety measures and fall prevention programs to enhance patient safety within the assisted living community.
• Continuing to develop your professional skills by participating in ongoing education and staying current with advancements in physical therapy.
• Maintaining high ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality, and consistently upholding our commitment to quality care.

Your primary focus will be to serve our geriatric clientele, helping them manage age-related conditions, recover from surgeries, and maintain their strength and mobility. You will engage with patients who appreciate the care and dignity that come with specialized therapy services tailored to their unique needs.

• A graduate of an accredited educational program in Physical Therapy with a Bachelor's degree.
• Active State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A commitment to high-quality patient care and expertise in geriatric therapy practices is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary health teams.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and an understanding of healthcare documentation.
• Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy and the ability to effectively apply innovative therapeutic techniques.
• A strong inclination towards patient-centered care, with an emphasis on promoting independence and enhancing patient quality of life.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team setting.
