Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional engineering development across multiple disciplines, including L10 systems, and L11 rack-level solutions.
  • Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including risk assessment, issue resolution, change management, and mitigation planning.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and rack-level product solutions from NPI through mass production.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and key program deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead regular internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate program status, drive issue resolution, and align project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry.
  • Server background is a plus
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute complex, detail-oriented projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
